We offer custom, personalized digital songs created based on customer-submitted information. Please note: All products are delivered digitally via email or download link. No physical products will be shipped.

We utilize advanced technology and proprietary methods to generate audio content. While we aim to create a high-quality personalized experience, interpretations of artistic content can vary. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 4 - Refunds & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final. Due to the custom, personalized, and digital nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the production process has begun. Please review your order details, spelling, and custom instructions carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare event of a technical error or a failure to deliver the digital file, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or re-deliver the product.

Section 5 - Intellectual Property

All songs, audio files, and related content created by MyForeverSong remain the intellectual property of Rivexa LLC until delivered. Upon delivery, customers are granted a perpetual, personal, non-commercial license to use, share, and enjoy their purchased song. You may not resell, redistribute for profit, or claim copyright ownership of the composition without express written consent.

Section 6 - Third-Party Tools & Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We may also provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment processors or generation software) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.

Section 7 - Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Rivexa LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
